Sustainability

Yes! We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible:

All of our jewelry comes in a keepsake box or pouch. All of our jewelry boxes and pouches are reusable and we don’t include unnecessary extra’s in your order.

Your items will be shipped in a cardboard mailer box which can be recycled. Lastly, we use paper tape to tape the mailer box, and we print all of our stickers and papers on FSC® paper.

Payments

iDeal, EPS, Klarna, PayPal, Giropay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Credit Card and Sofort Banking.

Order and Shipping

Please check your spam inbox first and if you didn’t receive an email confirmation there, please contact hello@celiea.com and provide us with your order number email address and name. Once we’ve located your order, we will send an email confirmation and ensure that we have the correct email address.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified.

We ship to the following countries:

Asia: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia , Singapore, Thailand, South Korea

Europe: Belarus, Iceland, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Switzerland

EU and UK: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom(UK)

Middle East: Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia

North/South America: United States(US), Brazil, Canada

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Your order will be shipped to you via a tracked shipping method. There might also be an option for untracked shipping, but this can only be applied to specific products. Non-EU countries do not pay VAT, so for orders placed outside of the EU, this amount will be deducted from the purchase (product) price at check-out

If the product is in stock and not made to order. We will try to ship your order within a week.

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in the pricing.

Orders shipped to non-EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are yours to bear. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your unique tracking code. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking code to become active.

It’s totally normal for your tracking to go a few days without an update. Once your package arrives at your local post office, the tracking may not update until it goes out for delivery. If it’s been 14 business days and your tracking still hasn’t updated, please let us know.

Returns

We hope that you love your emayan. products(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions have been met.

Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We apologize – you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Please note that we do not accept returns on hygiene products such as earrings. We also do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • Gift Vouchers

Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by us, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

Please make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the content(s) from being damaged while in transit. Please arrange a return shipment using a carrier of your choice. Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.We apologize – you must bear the return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable.

Return Conditions:

To return your product(s), please follow these steps:

1. Before returning your product(s), please email us at hello@celiea.com within fourteen (14) days after delivery to inform us which products you would like to return. In this email, please include the following information: order number, product(s) you would like to return, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

2. Please place the product(s) you wish to return into a shipping box.

3. Please arrange a return shipment to the return address mentioned on the package, using a carrier of your choice. You’ll have an additional fourteen (14) days to organize a return shipment to us using a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information.

5. After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all aforementioned conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase price to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return. Unfortunately, return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
